Amy Jackson reveals her daily diet plan
Want a figure like Amy Jackson then eat what she does as she revealed in a recent interview.
No strict diets and eat in moderation. Drink plenty of water. For breakfast try scrambled eggs or porridge in addition to having fruit. Grilled chicken or fish for lunch with potatoes and steamed vegetables.
Eat before 7 pm and try soup and a salad for dinner.
Still peckish at times then eat almonds and bananas. As a treat pig out on Sunday like Amy
