Victoria Beckham’s ultra-groomed beauty secrets

She’s the queen of posh glamour but what exactly goes into maintaining Victoria Beckham’s ultra-groomed beauty?

Skincare

Former Spice Girl Victoria swears by Dermalogica products to combat her sometimes-oily skin. In her style book That Extra Half An Inch: Heels, Hair And Everything In Between, she credits the brand’s skin-saving products as ‘must-have skin care items you shouldn’t live without.’

“Dermalogica facials are super-effective,” says Victoria, “I love face packs too and try to do two a week using Dermalogica’s MutiVitamin Power Recovery Masque, which I call my little ambulance in a tube.”

And since moving to Los Angeles, Posh has added another beauty weapon to her skincare armoury.

“Dr Lancer is the best dermatologist in Beverly Hills. I use his Repair AM/PMNourishment and I also go to his clinic for oxygen facials,” she says.

Make up

She never looks less than polished but Mrs B says she only wears make-up when she’s out and about.

“I never wear makeup, when I’m home, but when I do I really like Stila. The foundation is great, and the eye shadows. Stila’s Lip Polish in Gleam is an old favourite and recently I’ve been trying Burberry’s Lip Glow in Nutmeg, which is a pretty, neutral pink. If I could design a beauty product, it would be the perfect nude lip gloss.”

Hair

Whether she’s wearing it short or long, Victoria makes sure she’s not without her hair hero.

“I love leave-in conditioner – Frédéric Fekkai’s is one of the best,” she raves.

Fitness

When it comes to fitness, jogging is Victoria’s method of choice.

“I run four miles every day on the treadmill. I know what works for me, so I’ve kind of trained myself. I do light weights. I’m not very good at soccer.”

Beauty tip

“To stay hydrated I drink lots of coconut water
