Bipasha Basu has always been upfront about her life and she did not hold back in a recent interview speaking candidly and honestly about her life and career. It appears in the interview that she takes a dig at ex-boyfriend John Abraham by saying that her mother never liked her Christian boyfriend.

“My mother’s ideal boy for me is – we make so much fun of it – Hindu, ‘good boy’, rich, tall. My mother never liked any of my boyfriends. Never. Nobody deserves to be with me because I am such a good girl! Mom just hopes that now finally things will happen her way (laughs) – Christian boyfriend, Christian boyfriend, she used to go on and on!”

The actress further added that she was petrified of wearing a bikini because she was motu, “The first time I was asked to wear it, I was petrified, because I was moti. I told Adi ( Aditya Chopra), are you mad? I’m not going to wear it, I’m moti. He said, I’m giving you one year, get fit, because the film is all about being sexy and stylish. I said, one year? Then I can think about it.”
