Kangana Ranaut trains in martial arts to lose weight

We do not particularly think that Kangana Ranaut is fat although there are some actresses out here who could do with a bit less food grazing but Kangana Ranaut is going all Kung Fu to make sure she does not gain any extra weight so that she can fit into her skin-tight mutant costume for her next superhero film Krissh 2

Kangana had to lose about five kilos for her part to fit into her costume. In addition to dieting she is learning some techniques of karate, judo and taekwondo.

Want to follow her diet and training regime then get up at 5 am for martial arts. Have breakfast, have small meals, do yoga for an hour, have light dinners and have at least six hours of sleep.

Haven’t we heard this all before…hmm does not seem that she is doing anything out of the ordinary except of course for the martial arts.
