It has been confirmed that Salman Khan did have a tiff with his ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif on the sets of Ek Tha Tiger over a dress choice.

Kabir Khan let it known to a leading daily that there was a spat between Salman and Katrina on the sets of the film. “There was an incident where they disagreed over Katrina’s costume in the song. It was over a particular cut in the black blouse she has worn with a yellow skirt,”

According to rumours at the time Katrina asked Kareena to intervene but we guess we would never know if that happened.
