Now and then someone comes along that we have to mention. We love Kate Middleton’s style anyway but when she arrived for the Queens diamond jubilee river pageant with Prince William and Prince Harry in a red Alexander McQueen number she just blew us away.

Holding a small red bag and Strathearn tartan scarf to keep out the chill she completed her look with LK Bennett nude heels drop earrings and a Sylvia Fletcher hat.

Does she not look stunning and so very patriotic in red?
