Nandita and Anuradha Thirani gave fashion an ethereal touch at Lakmé Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2012 with their collection called “The Lotus Flower”.

Enthused by the lotus flower the collection was simple yet and elegant. The colours revolved around the hues of the lotus, soft neutrals combined with black, white, grey and nude.

The collection consisted of jackets, mini skirt, midi jackets, net blouses, satin harem pants, tiered layered net peplum dresses, sexy organza trousers, velvet silk panelled voluminous pants, layered side slit wide palazzos and a high collar brocade sherwani with a stunning red lehenga.

Our favourite was the satin harem pants (photo 6)
