Neha Bhasin attended The Dark Knight Rises screening yesterday in a black and white stripe Bebe t-shirt and paired it with DKNY wellies.

We are not too sure about this look! Did Neha think that she was going to Glastonbury with the dreadful wellies paired with the t-shirt.

Designer wear or not this is a fail. We doubt if Donna Karen is impressed.
