Neha Dhupia was seen in a bold, burst of bright orange dress when she attended UTV Stars – The Chose One show launch. The hottest colour around is orange but Neha’s dress looks a bit too fluorescent.

Not sure why she choose the brown sandals. They just don’t go with the outfit.

Not liking this look on Neha at all.
