It was refreshing to see Neha Dhupia in an Anita Dongre teal print frock at Percept Excellence Awards 2012. It’s an elegant dress with a plunging neckline which showed a bit of Neha’s cleavage.
She completed her look with hair pulled back and matched her black heels with a black clutch.
