The grand finale of one of India’s finest designers Rohit Bal at the Lakme Fashion Week was a memorable one. The designer did not want to compromise on the location of his show, and unlike other shows the grand finale was held in the lawns of the Grand Hyatt.

With a live orchestra playing, the models walking the ramp in his mesmerizing designs. The crowd at the end of the show gave a standing ovation for Bal’s creativity.

His line was a blend of Indo-western outfits with classic cuts and intricate designs. The models wore elegant fabrics, colours and silhouettes teaming them with minimal accessories.

Bal’s close friend Arjun Rampal, who was sitting in the front row to cheer the designer, said: “This was Rohit Bal’s best collection ever and also the best grand finale.”
