Rooney Mara 26-year-old is the star of the much anticipated film The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.  Appearing at the New York premiere she bought a little of the character Lisbeth Salander  onto the red carpet wearing a gothic-inspired dress by Prabal Gurung spring 2012 collection. She teamed the number with a pair of Louboutin Mary Janes. With  slicked back hair and red lipstick she looked a bit edgy. Many will love this look but we felt that she is trying too hard. We think that she taken the character too much to heart and needs to break out from this black gothic look.
