Shaheen Abbas stepped out to attend the designer preview at Fuel in Mumbai in a Fluro Dip Hem Dress from Topshop.

Shaheen flaunted her figure in this silky strappy midi dress with a dipped back hem and gathered waist panel. She completed the look wih black leggings and a crocodile print bag by Stella McCartney.

Not too sure about this dress….what do you guys think??
