Tarun Tahiliani, The Czar of Couture, dazzled the audience on the opening day of the Aamby Valley India Bridal Fashion Week 2012

The show opened with bare foot models in a glittering vision of tulle and silk for the most stunning lehengas and paneled long cholis. Scooped necks were sensuous while the paisleys and gorgeous embroidery twinkled under the ramp lights.

Bringing in a hint of old world charm there were glamorous shararas with kurtis as well as a few sari gowns in bridal colours

The shop stopper was Chitrangada Singh in a sensational ivory net lehenga, choli and dupatta creation splashed lavishly with crystals and sequins.
