Shantanu and Nikhil opened Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week with their fall-winter collection. The designers’ collection was a part of their label “S & N” Drape and was an ode to vivacious and chic women. The fabrics were mostly satin, chiffons and velvets with lot of emphasis given to embellishments and textures. The clothes included short dresses, sari-inspired gowns and rompers.

Dia Mirza and Sameera Reddy also attended the show.Though the ladies initially took seat on the front row, they were pulled on to the ramp by the designers as they took the final bow.

“It was complete surpise when Shantanu and Nikhil pulled us to the stage. We were not prepared to walk the ramp, but we enjoyed it. It was fun and refreshing to see our designers presenting such a beautiful assortment of clothes,” said Dia.

We quite liked the designs and had a few favourites but if we had to choose one than it would be the black dress [ photo 7]
