Deepika received an anonymous Valentine’s Day gift from a smitten fan, with an adorable, handwritten note saying, “Here’s some tender love & care for the only girl I’m nuts about”.

While it might not be new for Diva Deepika to be showered with so much attention, the gift surely was a surprise- 14 tender coconuts with red heart-shaped chocolates set inside the shell with such love & care, each 1 being sent every hour through the day!

“I have finally decided to stop doing item numbers and concentrate on my acting. I’ve enjoyed my time dancing to different songs and I feel it is time for me to prove my acting prowess. I am in talks for films in Hindi and Telugu, which I’m likely to sign soon,” Nathalia told reporters.

72 % of Indian women chose Ranbir Kapoor as the “ideal husband”

Ranbir KapoorBollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor, who shares an endearing relationship with his mother Neetu Kapoor, makes the most ideal husband, according to a recent survey.

As many as 72 percent Indian women, surveyed by online matrimony site shaadi.com, chose Ranbir as the “ideal husband” due to his closeness with his mother.

The poll was taken by over 24,000 Indians, and as many as 63.84 percent respondents believed that Ranbir’s former girlfriend Deepika Padukone was the best match for the actor.

Sara Loren ‘India is open about their ideas and sensuality of women’

Sara Loren at Murder 3 promotionsBollywood is more open when it comes to showcasing sensuality and lovemaking scenes, as compared to the film industry in her homeland, says Pakistani actress Sara Loren.

Sara will be seen in Randeep Hooda and Aditi Rao Hydari-starrer “Murder 3″, releasing Friday. The movie is a franchise of the popular “Murder” series, known for its bold content.

Pakistan, she says, has a “different culture”.

“India is open about their ideas and sensuality of women. Lovemaking scenes over here are not such a big deal, and this has been there from the beginning in Bollywood,” Sara told reporters in an interview.

This year, many respectable names from the film fraternity namely Arbaaz Khan, Neha Dhupia Huma Qureshi and Farah Khan came on-board to extend their selfless support to Shiksha, encouraging consumers to help lead more and more underprivileged children on the path to education.

Speaking at this event, Huma Qureshi said, “What touches me deeply about Shiksha is that the 385,000 children have been educated so far through simple acts of contribution by consumers across India. I urge you to remember that the next time you walk into a store to shop or something basic like a shampoo, a toothbrush or a detergent – you can help educate a lesser-privileged child by making a simple brand choice.

Ekta Kapoor ‘Ganga is part of our legacy. Imagine, three crore litres of waste is dumped’

Ekta Kapoor at Radio MirchiOn Saturday, which was also the Mauni Aasava and actor Emraan Hashmi along with producer Ekta Kapoor took a pledge at the on-going Maha Kumbh to clean the Ganga.
The city administration had clearly stated that no promotional activity for their movie Ek Thi Daayan would be allowed at the Maha Kumbh.

“It was not clean and when the ashram asked us to take a pledge, we did. It is definitely important. Ganga is part of our legacy. Imagine, three crore litres of waste is dumped into it every day. We need to stop that.” said Ekta Kapoor in a telephonic conversation.
