What happens when four Indian agents plan to bring India’s most wanted criminal home from Pakistan? Nikhil Advani, The director of romantic-family films such as Kal Ho Na Ho, Salaam-E-Ishq and Patiala House churns out a high voltage action thriller this time with an unbelievable and next-to-impossible storyline.

Four Indian agents (Irrfan Khan, Arjun Rampal, Huma Qureshi and Aakash Dahiya) enter Pakistan to bring Iqbal Seth (Rishi Kapoor) a Dawood Ibrahim kinda don who is hated for his terrorism activities, which he insists calling a “Business”. The story unfolds when the hunters become the hunted and Nasser (Ashwini Rao) the RAW director is convincing as an official straining at the leash.

The young Alia Bhatt made waves with her debut film ‘Student of The Year’, with a highly vied for banner – Dharma Productions.

With the bar already set high, Alia now has two movies – ‘Highway’ and ‘Two States’ – lined up for this year and the next, both with giant production houses.

Huma Qureshi, too, who debuted with ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’, which won her multiple award nominations, now has a string of movies lined up – ‘D-Day’, ‘Shorts’ and ‘Dedh Ishqiya’.

John Abraham & Nargis Fakhri at the first look of film Madras Café  (8)John Abraham says his next production “Madras Cafe” is truly the kind of cinema that defines the work he wants to do in the film industry.

Directed by Shoojit Sircar, who also helmed John’s production debut “Vicky Donor”, the movie is said to be a gritty thriller.

“This would define what I stand for in terms of cinema. I want films that I produce to have credible content and ‘Madras Cafe’ is that film,” John tweeted Thursday.

In the past number of times, we have witnessed many biographical films on several personalities. Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is another sports film on the former Indian athlete Milkha Singh. The film has been brought up by the same team (Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and Prasoon Joshi) who gave Rang De Basanti. Rand De Basanti was also semi-biography of Shaheed Bhagat Singh.

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag follows the story of Milkha Singh (Farhan Akhtar) and his entire journey from his childhood to the success. Milkha Singh loses his family during the riots of Partition which was of course the scariest phase of our country. The last words Milkha’s father was “Bhaag Milkha Bhaag”. The film is about relations, courage and human spirit. The film also talks about Milkha Singh’s never ending love for Nirmal Kaur (Sonam Kapoor).

Director K.V. Anand denies casting Alia Bhatt in his upcoming film

Alia Bhatt Cinematographer-turned-director K.V. Anand has refuted rumours that he has cast young Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt in his upcoming yet-to-be-titled Tamil film starring Dhanush.

Following a Facebook update from a fake profile under the name of K.V. Anand, it was reported in some section of the media that Alia had been finalised for the project.

Clarifying the news on his Twitter page, Anand posted: “It is not my official (Facebook) page. Fake. I never typed so many words. We are still searching. I will share the news once I confirm someone.”
