Bipasha Basu has flaunted her perfect curves in movies like “Jism”, “Dhoom 2″ and “Players” but says she never takes help of supplements to keep herself toned.

The 34-year-old follows a strict diet plan.

“I love my food and get all the required nutrition from food only, no supplements. I am eating healthier stuff like stir-fried vegetables, spinach, chicken soup, grilled mushrooms or fish and eggs in all forms,” Bipasha, who was last seen in “Aatma”, said in a statement.

Bipasha Basu feels there are not good enough roles for women in Bollywood, and that there is still so much more that women can do in the field.

“We have not done enough. There is so much more to do. We all talk about the Oscars and the Golden Globes. Every actress over there is above 40 years of age. The kind of roles written for women there are just so brilliant. It’s not like we will not accept those films here. It is a matter of time,” Bipasha said in an interaction here.

Nevertheless, she admits the change in taste is visibly better.

Fitness enthusiast Bipasha Basu is so caught up promoting her forthcoming film “Aatma” that she is not getting adequate time to hit the gym.

Travelling has been keeping her occupied.

“Reached my hotel in Ahmedabad now and planning to go for a one hour workout session. I have had no time for gym for the last ten days,” tweeted the 34-year-old.

She has instead been gorging on several goodies.

In Indore Thursday, Bipasha “ate the famous namkeen and poha jalebi”, and said: “Very unique and yum!”

Bipasha Basu gets busy with another shot at promoting Aatma on the sets of India’s Best Dramebaaz.

She let her pale pink figure hugging dress detailed with black lace do the talking by keeping her accessories plain and simple. She does have fantastic curves after all so why hid them?

We loved the colour and think she looked fab in it. Side swept hair and pink lippy polished of her look.

Bipasha Basu seems to have become the common face of horror films. After “Raaz 3″, she will be seen next in Suparn Verma’s “Aatma”.

“I have become the face of fear. I don’t mind being a trend setter. Horror is a genre of entertainment and if it has the producers and the audience, then why not,” she said at the launch of the first look of the film held here Monday evening.

Basu added that it was the script and screenplay of the film which attracted her to take it up.

“While I was listening to the narration, I thought the film would be fabulous. The script and screenplay attracted me,” she said.

Directed by Suparn Verma, the film stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui opposite Bipasha Basu.

Women are active in show business like never before, but will they surpass the status Bollywood heroes enjoy? Never, says actress Bipasha Basu, who feels there is “minimum” opportunity for female actors in the Hindi film industry.

“In Bollywood, the opportunities for female actresses is very minimum. There’s not much choice for us except to be safe and look pretty and do some nice dance numbers,” Bipasha told reporters in an interview.

The year 2011 saw films like “The Dirty Picture”, “No One Killed Jessica” and “Saat Khoon Maaf” — showcasing a promising trend as far as women finding prominent roles in movies was concerned.
