Bollywood celebrities have been busy jet setting around the world in 2012. While we can just get in and out of the airport without anyone taking any photos of us its different story for celebs who always have photographers chasing them.

Abhay Deol is looking handsomely smart on the cover of Verve Supplement issue Oct 2012

Abhay Deol in a recent interview said he finds shooting a film easier compared to getting involved in the pre-release promotional activities.

It has also been reported by the media that 36-year-old was miffed with Prakash Jha for playing favourites and giving prominence to Arjun Rampal in “Chakravyuh”.

From her cousin Abhay Deol to friends Sohail Khan and Genelia D’Souza – actress Esha Deol and her fiance Bharat Takhtani’s sangeet ceremony saw a lot of Bollywood celebrities and the couple could not stop gushing about each other.

“I am madly love with him, I can’t take my eyes off him,” Esha said about her fiance Bharat

Pouring his heart out, Bharat called Esha his “princess for life,” and added that that he is “looking forward to having my best life and my most wonderful life with my partner.”

Zoya Akhtar’s Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara won the best film award at IIFA 2012 today. Farhan Akhtar was also awarded the Best male Performance in a Supporting Role for his part in the film and Zoya Akhtar bagged the best director award.

The film starring Hrithik Roshan, Abhay Deol,Katrina Kaif , Farhan Akhtar and Kalki Koechlin also sweeped the technical awards last night.

It was also a good night for Parineeti Chopra who bagged two awards. One for best supporting actress and also best female debut of the year  for her role in Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl.

Shahid Kapoor and Abhay Deol were spotted at the airport on their way to Singapore for the IIFA 2012.

A fan of Star Wars Abhay Deol looked tired and would probably catch up on his sleep with a snooze on board. Shahid Kapoor manages to greet his fan and judging from his headphones will enjoy his music or it could be his dialogues for the IIFA 2012 ceremony.

Wonder if they are on the same plane.

Shanghai is an upcoming Hindi political thriller film directed by Dibakar Banerjee, starring Emraan Hashmi, Abhay Deol, Kalki Koechlin, Prosenjit Chatterjee and Amin Raj and is based on the novel ‘Z’ by Vassilis.

Although the majority of the cast were present at Shanghai screening at Film City, Emraan Hashmi was not to be seen.

Kalki and Kiran enjoyed a hug and smile session together …..Sisterhood bonding?

Shanghai, director Dibakar Banerjee has come out with the music launch of film. The songs are already a big hit which include“Bharat Mata Ki Jai” the item song “Imported Kamariya” and a Sufi song “Khudaaya”.

The songs are catchy and the music directors of the movie Vishal & Shekhar are confident that the songs will entertain the public.

The film stars Abhay Deol, Emraan Hashmi, Kalki Koechlin and Prosenjit Chatterjee and will premiere at the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards in Singapore on June 7, organisers have announced.

“Shanghai” Dibakar Banerjee’s much-awaited film will be premiered at the 13th edition of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) event starting June 7 in Singapore.

The movie, which stars Abhay Deol, Emraan Hashmi, Kalki Koechlin and Prosenjit Chatterjee in the lead role, will premiere on the first day at the Lido Cinemas, Shaw Theatre in Singapore, said a statement.
