Alia Bhatt has gone de-glam for her upcoming film “Highway”. She says the movie is a challenging opportunity.

Directed by Imtiaz Ali and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, “Highway” is the story of two completely different individuals who take a road trip in a truck.

“I wanted to do something challenging, something different and I got this chance to do it in my second film, I am very grateful (to god) that I got this opportunity,” she added.

Alia plays a Kashmiri girl in the film. She has finished shooting it.’Highway’ is presented by Sajid Nadiadwala, has music by maestro AR Rahman and will release worldwide on 13th December 2013.

If you are going for a store launch chances are that you are going to be seen in the same brand. That is what Alai Bhatt did when she went to Forever 21 store opening. Wearing a Forever 21 white floral lace dress featuring basic collar she was back to her normal attire style. With hair down, zip front cage wedges she looked pretty but that was about it. Not a magical look not that the event demanded it.

Budding actress Alia Bhatt has been roped in as the new face of Garnier Pure Active range of products.

The range focuses on skin problems like acne, pimples and dark spots, especially for the youth of the country.

“Personally, I love this superb range of cleansers that help me in keeping my skin fresh, acne and oil free, and soft as ever,” said the “Student Of The Year” actress in a statement.

Just one film old Alia Bhatt says as an individual it is important to hold on to what you are, and not try to change too much. In fact, she dreams of stepping out in her most casual outfit one day.

Brand ambassador of Maybelline, Alia does not believe in applying too much make-up.

“I don’t believe in changing your face completely. Make-up enhances few features and you can have a little fun with colours. But changing your face completely never works… hold on to what you are,” she told IANS in an interview.

Don’t know about you folks but we are just distracted by her ‘strapless’ bra. She made it worse by opting for a lighter shade than her top which made it more obvious.
