Director Kabir Khan, who cast Salman Khan as a RAW agent in “Ek Tha Tiger”, says the actor is apt to become India’s James Bond.

“Salman, I think, has the charisma and the sheer presence that a Bond needs,” the 41-year-old said here Wednesday at the premiere of latest 007 movie “Skyfall”.

Kareena Kapoor is happy that Salman Khan’s “Ek Tha Tiger” has done good business at the box office and says she and her beau, Saif Ali Khan, are not at all comparing it with their film “Agent Vinod”.

“Agent Vinod” didn’t do well at the box office, while “Ek Tha Tiger” has done roaring business at the ticket window.

Asked if she is upset with a lukewarm response to “Agent Vinod”, Kareena said: “Both, Saif and I don’t think that way. We both are fans of Salman. He is the tiger of the industry… we can’t think of anything that way.”

“Salman is great. Saif made ‘Agent Vinod’ straight from his heart. It was his dream,” Kareena said.

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif promoted their forthcoming flick, Ek Tha Tiger, on the sets of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

Both Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif delighted the audience with their moves and groves with Madhuri Dixit. Ek Tha Tiger is set to hit the theatres on Independence Day, 15 August and the actors are making sure that they do their utmost at the promotions.

Katrina Kaif might have played bride on-screen many times, but off-screen she is not so comfortable talking about marriage.

As the 28-year-old walked Saturday the ramp for designer Manish Malhotra’s bridal look at the Delhi Couture week, she was in no mood to talk about marriage.

Salman Khan is unhappy that his fans will have to shell out more to watch his forthcoming film “Ek Tha Tiger” in a multiplex, but the actor says the ticket price will come down eventually a few days post the film’s release Aug 15.

“I don’t think it (price hike) is right, but being Aug 15 and much hype around the film, the prices have been increased. Moreover, the film is coming out after a year. I don’t know what to say on this, I can’t do anything about it,” Salman said.

Now that Ek Tha Tiger release date is approaching we guess that Katrina Kaif will be seen out and about at promotions. Most importantly what does the beautiful lass wear?

At a recent interview for Ek Tha Tiger she stepped out in a coral sleeveless Roland Mouret dress which had a neckline with origami folded detail.

She kept the look simple opting to wear flat sandals and voluminous locks down.
