Kareena Kapoor, who has won as many as six Filmfare awards, feels her cousin Ranbir is giving her tough competition and may soon break her record — but she adds that it would be a big moment for her.

“Since I was a child, I always thought I will win a Filmfare and give an acceptance speech, where I will thank my mother, father and family. My Filmfare trophies will follow me till my grave. Hopefully, not only six but many more,” said Kareena.

This week we saw so many events from Heroine promotions, success party of Raaz 3 and of course there was the big Vogue Party. Everyone at the Vogue party pretty much looked hot and glammed up so really we felt that it would be unfair to exclude anyone; instead we concentrated on the events prior to the Vogue’s party as there were a number of our favourite looks.

Our stunning best dressed celebs this week include Kareena Kapoor who looked ravishing in a pink Manish Malhotra, Sridevi looking beautiful in Sabyasachi on the sets of KBC, Bipasha Basu smoking hot in Pria Kataria at the success party of Raaz 3.

It’s Kareena Kapoor’s big day with not only her birthday today but also her film Heroine hitting the cinemas.

According to her astro prediction Kareena is entering in her lucky 33rd (6) year of her life. (Born on 21 Sept. 1980) and she will win national award for her performance in Heroine. All her other forthcoming releases, Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, Talaash and Agent Vinod will be hits as well.

And despite her marriage Kareena will have nothing to fear about as her ‘stars’ are too powerful and lucky.

Kareena Kapoor has been busy promoting her forthcoming film Heroine and at every event she has turned up in a new style.

We spotted her twice in gorgeous pink. She wore a stunning Manish Malhotra saree at Ganpati celebrations and at a press conference she opted for a contrast knee length dress.

For the saree she went completely traditional with a neat pulled back bun while in the dress she opted to keep her hair loose.

She looks sensational in both but surely she looks better in one than the other? Our preference this time was her in a saree.

Kareena Kapoor visited the sets of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Naturally all the ladies of Gokuldham met her. While Disha aka Daya taught her the garba steps, Kareena taught her the latka jhatka steps from her famous song halkat jawani.

Not only this Kareena also taught Daya Ben the trick for a perfect pout to give the perfect killer photo shot. “Kareena has shown me how to do a photo shoot, how to pose, what not to do. It was real fun learning all this,” comments actor Disha Wakha

Kareena is the fourth Kapoor visiting the sets. Before her Neetu & Rishi Kapoor and then recently Ranbir have also come to the sets of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah to promote their films.

Kareena Kapoor’s female protagonist is at the heart of Madhur Bhandarkar’s upcoming film, Heroine. But in a movie that promises to take you behind the scenes of Bollywood, how can one forget the male superstar and the as-much-in-the-public-eye star wife?

The character of the star wife in Heroine is played by Rashmi Nigam. In the film, she is the wife of actor Sanjay Suri’s character who is an established star.

Rashmi says, “My role shows what a star’s wife has to go through. When relationships and rumours start cropping up around the actor, it makes her jealous. Yet, she wants to see her husband shine.”

Still a few more days to go before the release for and Bhandarkar Entertainment’s film Heroine and Madhur and Kareena are taking no break from the promotions.

The film is based on the life of a superstar, Mahi Arora. Mahi, portrayed by actress Kareena Kapoor, goes through ups and downs, which have been captured on screen brightly by the National Award winning film director. Glamour, love, lies, fame, fans and fortune… the story take you on a journey with Mahi and her emotions.

Don’t you think that Kareena looks stylish in her fuchsia and cream contrast dress.

Kareena Kapoor, who is busy promoting her forthcoming film “Heroine”, says elder sister actress Karisma is her biggest critic.

“Karisma saw the film Sunday night and after seeing her positive reaction, I felt I have done my job. She is my biggest critic. She was crying for ten minutes after watching the film. For me, that was the most special moment of my life,” said Kareena, at a press conference here Tuesday to promote “Heroine”, depicting the ups and downs in the life of a superstar named Mahi Arora.
