Bollywood’s popular interior designer Sussanne Roshan says that being a working woman and running after her children keep her fit and energetic all the time.

Sussanne is married to Hindi film superstar Hrithik Roshan and the couple has two sons – Hrehaan and Hridhaan.

“I am a very hardworking mother and my kids keep me fit. Also, being a working mother, you are always on the go. You always have too many things to do, so you don’t have the chance to be lazy and I think that keeps me fit and motivated,” she told IANS when asked about her fitness mantra.

Known for his well-toned body, Hrithik Roshan feels being healthy is more important than having six-pack abs or starving oneself.

“The best body is the body, which you are happy with. If you are not happy about it, then it’s not ideal… Whether it is a six-pack or not, if you are healthy and fit, then you will always be happy,” Hrithik told reporters at a book launch here Wednesday.

Don’t starve yourself to say fit, he further suggested.

“Everyone thinks it is tough to make a body, but it is not tough. I have eaten eight meals today and I have learned you don’t need to starve yourself. We have conditioned ourselves to believe that to have a good body, we need to sacrifice ourselves,” he said.

The music launch of “Yamla Pagla Deewana 2″ Tuesday was a star- studded event with Bollywood celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia D’Souza, Rakesh Roshan, Kunal Kohli, and Juhi Chawla making the occasion extra special.

In lighter vein, Dharmendra said: “I have always wanted to say this and today everyone is there including the media. I want to say that I am the no. 1 dancer. My son Sunny has planned a special song for me, ‘Main aida hi nachna’.”

Directed by Sangeeth Sivan, “Yamla Pagla Deewana 2″ stars Dharmendra, Bobby Deol, Sunny Deol, Neha Sharma and Kristina Akheeva. The film is all set to release June 7.

“Zindagi Na Milegi” co-stars Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif are gearing up to shoot action entertainer “Bang Bang”, which will go on the floors next month.

The film will be ready for release May 1, 2014.

Hrithik and Katrina will undergo training for their respective roles, said a source, and the movie is likely to have an aggressive marketing campaign.

A Fox Star Studios production, “Bang Bang” will be directed by Siddharth Anand of “Bachna Ae Haseeno”, “Salaam Namaste” and “Anjaana Anjaani” fame.

Hrithik Roshan doesn’t ponder too much over his clothes and dresses in whatever he grabs in his wardrobe.

Last year, the 39-year-old was voted as the ultimate style icon in an online survey conducted by Yahoo! India.

“There are lot of things in my wardrobe, which have accumulated by themselves, somehow. I just put my hand inside almost with a blind eye and whatever my hand grabs that’s what I wear for that day,” said the 39-year-old actor.
