Vaibhavi went for a strapless billowing blue gown. She looked beautiful although the look was a bit bland and the entire look seemed too “heavy.” Wish she had done something with her hair.

Natasha made quite the fashion statement with her deep blue one shoulder gown and added a bit of oomph with a chic hair do.

Zoya Akhtar looked tired at Karan Johar’s party. Wearing a Monisha Jaising glitter sequin dress, it did nothing to make her smile. It’s such a cool dress, that Zoya could have made an impact but we felt something was missing.

Black pumps and a black clutch only added to her woes.

Wearing a beautiful black Shantanu and Nikhil gown she probably made heads turn and had the other ladies gasp in jealousy.

Such a great creation by the designers, the detailed work at waist is so flattering and intricate.

It is certainly different from her previous looks, which are more business like.

Kangana Ranaut who is the chameleon of style looked absolutely regal at Karan Johar’s birthday party. Wearing a Burberry Pre-Fall 2012 gown with a bow which we think is custom made she looked elegant and so chic.

Tousled waves and nude lippy completed her look.

Although we like Rani, we thought she went with the wrong look at Karan Johar’s birthday yesterday.

She wore a dove coloured gown….well if we can call it gown. It just had no glam look and we can probably say that it was more like a morning-after dress. Oh dear not only was the colour was a wee bit drab it just billowed out, not showing any of her curves.

Definitely one of the worst looks of the night.

Suzanne Roshan hit the red carpet wearing a Dolce & Gabbana leopard printed maxi dress at Karan Johar’s birthday party.

We thought Suzanne looked roaring exuberant in her animal print. She completed her look with black Alexander McQueen clutch.

We liked the animal print, so much in trend these days.

Kareena Kapoor donned a hand embellished dress by All Saints at Karan Johar’s birthday yesterday.

We loved this Tunisian inspired dress. We were expecting an Indian designer for Kareena but she surprised us all with this outfit !
