Gul Panag recently tweeted that she she can still comfortably slip into a pair of shorts which she used to wear when she was sweet 16.

“Found a pair of shorts at parents’ home from when I was 16 (high-waisted and all). Still fit in them comfortably,”

We found some other Bollywood celebs in shorts….don’t know if they can still fit in the same pair of shorts that they wore when they were 16 but they sure look good.

The 12th issue of Women’s Health India, brought out by the India Today group, was unveiled by its May cover girl Mandira Bedi at a press conference at Hotel “The Orchid” in Vile Parle.

Post the unveiling, Mandira took part in a chat with Women’s Health Executive Editor Sunalini Mathew. She spoke about taking fitness to the next level and how she is an inspiration to a generation of women aspiring to be a fitter, healthier version of themselves. Mandira also shared her tips for living a wholesome life—eating right and being happy and confident.

Not so long ago, a cranky child on a flight would’ve left anchor-actress Mandira Bedi upset and disturbed but she says that has all changed since she became a mother herself.

In fact, her experiences as mother of a toddler has helped her in her first association with a children’s reality show – “Indian Idol Junior”. She co-hosts the upcoming edition of the music reality show “Indian Idol”, which will feature kids aged 5 to 15 this time.

The 41-year-old has hosted a series of reality shows and live events in the past. How does she plan to channelize it for the new show?

TV viewers loved her as Shanti and they loved to even hate her as the Mandira of “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi”. After staying away from fiction shows for nine years, actress Mandira Bedi is set to make a comeback. At 41, she is glad she won’t be playing a mother on screen.

“I’m coming back to fiction shortly, after nine years,” Mandira told reporters over the phone from Mumbai. The actress, who ruled the small screen with her popular fiction show “Shanti” in the 1990s, was confident her new show will be a “game-changer”.

Without divulging any details about her comeback vehicle, she said it is “simply the project” that lured her back.

Pallavi Jaipur showcased her collection “BUZZar” Lakmé Fashion Week Summer/Resort.

The collection included minis with heavily embroidered hemlines, yokes and sleeves, draped blouses, wide elephant pants and the midis. Colour mixes used were red/pink for draped toga with gold belt, a pink/navy shaded georgette sari and a navy/red gown with gold embroidery on cuffs and hem.

Pallavi’s show stopper was Bollywood star, Mandira Bedi in a lit bangle encrusted skirt and bikini top teamed with glittering tights.

Interesting bags that matched the outfits but not fans of Mandira’s over the top outfit.
