Bipasha Basu has flaunted her perfect curves in movies like “Jism”, “Dhoom 2″ and “Players” but says she never takes help of supplements to keep herself toned.

The 34-year-old follows a strict diet plan.

“I love my food and get all the required nutrition from food only, no supplements. I am eating healthier stuff like stir-fried vegetables, spinach, chicken soup, grilled mushrooms or fish and eggs in all forms,” Bipasha, who was last seen in “Aatma”, said in a statement.

After the release of “Players”, Neil Nitin Mukesh has been keeping a low profile but the actor discloses it’s his work that is nowadays keeping him busy.

Neil said he is busy travelling and shooting for Susi Ganeshan’s directorial venture “Shortcut Romeo”.

“Actually, there is a lot of travelling going on because of ‘Shortcut Romeo’. I was in Maasai Mara the last two months and then I was in Chennai for ten days and then Goa. So, because of so much travel, I guess, I was unable to meet all of you,” Neil said at a Volkswagen event.

“Going to be working with Bejoy Nambiar of ‘SHAITAN’ fame on his next film DAVID! Looking forward to this one for sure. He is super talented,” tweeted Neil.

The industry is buzzing with news of Sonam Kapoor’s pairing with southern star Dhanush in “Raanjhanaa”, but the actress prefers to keep mum on the project.

“I think Dhanush is very, very cute looking. I am looking forward to working with him. But right right now I am not confirming any film,” the 26-year-old said here at an event.

Sonam’s last film “Players” bombed at the box office. She is currently working onRakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s “Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.”

Dhanush has also complimented her for her “expressive face”.

According to reports, Sonam has been roped in for “Raanjhanaa” for the role of a Varanasi girl, who comes to New Delhi to study at JNU.

Sonam Kapoor, known for her unique fashion style, believes that the trend of hiring stylists means that everyone looks the same.

“All are hiring stylists now and we all are looking the same. So it’s all good,” said the 26-year-old who has earned accolades more for her style statement than her acting skills.

Meanwhile, when asked which Bollywood actress would she want to give fashion advice to, Sonam quipped, “Honestly, a lot of them.”

Hard to imagine that Bipasha Basu would think that no one thought that she was pretty!!! Given her svelte frame and bold image, Bipasha Basu is surely a head-turner, but she says in her younger days, she wasn’t considered pretty due to her dusky complexion.

“I was never meant to be beautiful. I was a short, dark and round girl. Nobody thought I was pretty at all. Cruel jokes have been made about it. I think most people were surprised by the way I looked,” Bipasha said on an upcoming episode of Big CBS Love’s “India’s Glam Diva”.

The show brings together women from the entertainment and sports industry to compete as India’s final choice of the most glamorous diva. Those in the competition include Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Vidya Balan, Aishwarya Rai, Katrina Kaif, Sonam Kapoor, Sunidhi Chauhan, Ekta Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Sania Mirza, Freida Pinto, Shruti Haasan and Bipasha.

The episode featuring Bipasha will be aired Sunday. A few facts about the actress were unveiled during the shoot.

The 33-year-old actually wanted to be a doctor, but gave up the plan after she fainted while attempting to dissect rats. She went on to be a successful model, and entered filmdom in 2001 with “Ajnabee”.

She was recently seen in “Players”, and is now gearing up for the release of romantic comedy “Jodi Breakers”.

Everyone has one item or more that we love to death and wear it when ever. Looks like Abhishek Bachchan’s favourite is his jacket. Coming back from Dubai after his Players promo he sported a tan leather jacket, beige/ black scarf and jeans while hiding his eyes behind pair of sunglasses. Obviously rushing to his next event at inorbit mall he again was seen wearing the jacket minus the scarf [see below]. The girls Sonam Kapoor and Bipasha Basu of course would never do that and having the same schedule as him managed to change their outfits. Tut Tut what did we say….I love my jacket!!!!
