The third edition of India Resort Wear Fashion Week (IRFW) will take place in Mumbai and the focus will be on bringing designers and buyers together.

The first two editions were held in Goa.

“This year the focus will be on bringing the right designers and buyers together. And Mumbai is known as the hub of fashionistas, so it will definitely help,” designer Rocky S, creative director of IRFW and India Fashion Awards, told reporters.

Designer Rocky S, who generally ropes in celebrity show stoppers for all his shows, has decided not to add any Bollywood quotient on ramp for his show at the Lakme Fashion Week Summer Resort 2013, starting March 22.

The designer says celebrity as a showstopper gives the image that the designs are meant for the “stars” hence, “for my new collection I want the clothes to be the showstopper on their own”.

Evelyn looked radiant in the floor length gown with embellished bodice. Great to see Evelyn hit 2013 with a high note.

The halter neck gown with delicate work on neck and simple drape works perfectly on the red carpet.

Yami kept her look simple by not adding too many trinkets. Loved her hair pulled back and the dark red lippy.

We don’t know about you all but its really a rocking look. Some may think that we are biased but how can you not fall in love with a Rocky S design!!
