Producing Partners, First Take Entertainment and Caramel Films announced that principal photography of Dr. Cabbie has begun. The film is presented by Salman Khan Being Human [SKBH] Productions. The principal cast includes Vinay Virmani, Adrianne Palicki (of GI Joe ‘Fame’), Kunal Nayyar, Lillete Dubey, Mircea Monroe, Rizwan Manji, Chris Diamantopoulos and will also launch newcomer Isabelle.

The southern film industry is far more traditional than Bollywood, which caters to a wider audience and gives opportunities to women in technical fields, says actress Asin Thottumkal after a five-year stint in Hindi films.

“The south Indian film industry is more traditional. This reflects in their work. The cultural differences, language and approach are completely different, while Bollywood is more open and caters to a wider audience,” Asin told IANS in a telephonic interview from Mumbai.

There is another key difference, she added. Down south “people are ready to accept you the way you are. They appreciate and value simplicity. You don’t have to wear make-up or be in your glamorous image when you make public appearances”.

You were earlier launched by Pooja Bhatt, now you do a film with Mahesh Bhatt.. How do you feel about it?

I think it was in my destiny to be Re-Launched by the ‘Bhatt-Camp’. So the credit goes to the Bhatt’s anyways because they gave me a second chance. Mr.Mukesh Bhatt told me that Vishesh Bhatt is also being launched thru Murder 3, so it was a wonderful feeling.

And how do you connect with Indian Audience?

Contestants were thrilled to have the opportunity to kiss Veena Malik. The kisses were offered to her on hand and not on lips. The previous record was set by Salman Khan of 108 kisses in one minute on his hand.

Veena Malik said, “It was a great moment as I break the Guinness World Record by getting most number of kisses on my hand in a minute. I am really happy to share this excitement with all my fans. It’s a pleasure to be kissed by my upcoming Hero’s of the movie “The City That Never Sleeps”.”

Like every year, this year too Bollywood celebs came out and performed at the Umang police show to show their appreciation for the police’s hard work.

Katrina Kaif performed on the show. Salman Khan also grooved to his hit numbers from Dabangg 2, Priyanka Chopra showed her item numbers, while ladies Anushka Sharma and Parineeti Chopra performed.

Many other celebs were in attendance including Deepika Padukone, Tabu ,Sridevi , Aishwarya Rai, Anil Kapoor and Sachin Tendulkar to name a few.
