The music launch of “Yamla Pagla Deewana 2″ Tuesday was a star- studded event with Bollywood celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia D’Souza, Rakesh Roshan, Kunal Kohli, and Juhi Chawla making the occasion extra special.

In lighter vein, Dharmendra said: “I have always wanted to say this and today everyone is there including the media. I want to say that I am the no. 1 dancer. My son Sunny has planned a special song for me, ‘Main aida hi nachna’.”

Directed by Sangeeth Sivan, “Yamla Pagla Deewana 2″ stars Dharmendra, Bobby Deol, Sunny Deol, Neha Sharma and Kristina Akheeva. The film is all set to release June 7.

Deepika Padukone was a part of the IPL opening ceremony with her performance on some of the biggest songs of 2012, from her film Cocktail. This year is going to see Deepika in four big films. With gruelling shoot schedules, it becomes very difficult for actors to take time off for anything else. And when they do, they usually prefer relaxing or spending time with family and friends. But Deepika is quite the exception!

She recently flew to Kolkata to perform at the opening ceremony of the 6th Indian Premiere League. Deepika kick-started the opening ceremony followed by performances by Katrina, SRK & international artiste Pitbull. After setting the stage on fire at the IPL, she flew to Mumbai the next day and shot throughout for her upcoming project.

Shah Rukh Khan said the proud moment for him would be when somebody would remake his original films.

“I did two iconic films — one is Dilip Kumar’s ‘Devdas’ and the other one is Amitabh Bachchan’s ‘Don’. I never chose my films. Films and directors chose me. Sanjay Leela Bhansali told me ‘there is something in your eyes’ and then he asked me to do ‘Devdas’.

Shah Rukh Khan told reporters during the launch of Filmfare’s 100 Years of Cinema issue here Wednesday.

“Hopefully, a time will come when somebody will remake one of my original films and that will be a great achievement and proud moment for me,” he added.

Not far behind the Bollywood girls the Bollywood men were spotted at the airport. Ranbir Kapoor kept his head down while Shah Rukh Khan gave a wave to his fans as he sped off in his car. One thing that still intrigues us is that there is no sighting of Gauri Khan. Do the Khans not travel together? Still while we ponder over this check out the photos.

We know that you are probably bored of seeing celebrities at the airport leaving for TOIFA but we just had to show the big boys leaving as well. Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar, Ranbir Kapoor, Imran Khan and many more made their way to the airport as well.

It did cross our mind that Shah Rukh Khan flew out one day after Gauri Khan and there probably is a perfectly good reason for that but it would have been nice if they flew together. Now who will they share their pre meal nibbles with on the flight?

Shah Rukh Khan doesn’t like to talk about his personal life anymore because he feels his statements are twisted by people, which hurts him.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day Friday, when asked how his wife Gauri has affected his life, he said: “I now refrain from talking about my personal life so I would not be able to tell you, but it’s been a great life.”

“I have been married for 21 years and have beautiful children and like any normal family she keeps it all together. So, it’s absolutely wonderful. If I say anything more than this, then I feel that I talk a lot about my personal life and then people further discuss it in a wrong way and that hurts me because they are my family,” added the 47-year-old.

Shah Rukh Khan, also known as the King Khan, thanks to his successful two decades in filmdom, says he would be very proud if his daughter Suhana becomes an actress.

“I hope she (Suhana) becomes an actress I would be happy to put the money where my mouth is. I would be very proud if my daughter becomes an actress. I hope she becomes an actress,” said Shah Rukh, who is married to Gauri. They have two children – Aryan and Suhana.

Shah Rukh’s son Aryan is in London for his education. Suhana, 12 is often seen with her parents posing in front of the camera.
